Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer several shipping options:

  • International Shipping: [None US Only]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Everprotex ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Everprotex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Everprotex is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Everprotex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Everprotex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Upon request, Everprotex will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of shipment, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Only US.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to us due to a shipping issue, such as an undeliverable address or failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment or a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping fees). Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulations or carrier limitations. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.
